Cedar Cleaning Policy Items to Read

    • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    • Saturday & Sunday: Deep/Move Cleans only

    • Holiday availability varies and may include an additional fee.

    • All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed.

    • A $50 deposit may be required for new clients, a $100 deposit for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or large jobs.

    • Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

    • Clients must provide accurate home details (sq. ft., number of rooms, condition) for proper pricing.

    • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

    • No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

  • For safety and insurance reasons, Cedar Cleaning does not perform:

    • Mold removal

    • Biohazard cleanup (blood, feces, hoarding waste)

    • Pest infestations

    • Black water damage

    • Exterior window cleaning on second story

    • Heavy lifting over 25 lbs

    • Cleaning of valuables, heirlooms, or fragile collections

    • We are not responsible for pets escaping.

    • Technicians will not work in homes with aggressive animals.

    • Excessive clutter or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

    • Cedar Cleaning LLC is insured.

    • If accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

    • We are not responsible for items that were unstable, improperly installed, or with pre-existing damage.

    • Clients must provide access to the home (door code, key, or someone present).

    • If the cleaning technician arrives and cannot enter, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

    • A $50 deposit may be required for new clients, a $100 deposit for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or large jobs.

    • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

    • Accepted payments: Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Chime.

    • Returned payments result in a $35 fee.

    • f you are not satisfied with any area of your service, notify us within 24 hours.

    • We will return to correct the issue at no extra cost.

    • Refunds are not issued for services already performed, but corrections will always be made.

    • All products that are used are eco-friendly, we do not use and type of bleach products.

    • If there are specific products youd like me to use, please provide or let me know to get them requiring a supplies fee.

      (product will be kept at your property)

    • Recurring clients must keep regular schedules (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

    • Skipped or delayed cleanings may result in a price adjustment.

    • Extremely soiled, cluttered, or unmaintained homes may require a deep clean pricing adjustment.

    • Rates may change with notice if service needs change.
