Our Standard Clean is designed to keep your home fresh, comfortable, and consistently maintained. This service is ideal for regularly cleaned homes and focuses on surface-level cleaning, tidying, and sanitizing high-touch areas. We use eco-friendly products and bring all necessary supplies and equipment.

$40 per hour - for one-time clean or for first clean with follow-up maintenance clean sign up.

$0.15 per square foot - after first clean with maintenance clean sign up.

Please note:

Deep buildup, heavy soap scum, interior appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, and detailed grout cleaning are not included in a Standard Clean and may require a Deep Clean or add-on service.

Our Deep Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to tackle built-up dirt, grime, and neglected areas that aren’t addressed during routine cleanings. This service is ideal for first-time clients, homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while, seasonal resets, or before/after special events.

$40 per hour + supplies fee

Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean is a comprehensive, empty-home cleaning designed to prepare a space for new occupants or ensure it’s left clean and presentable for the next resident. This service focuses on detailed cleaning of all reachable surfaces, fixtures, and high-use areas and is best performed in vacant homes.

$40 per hour + supplies fee

Our Vacation Rental Turnover Clean is designed specifically for short-term rentals to ensure your property is reset, sanitized, and guest-ready between stays. This service focuses on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail so every guest walks into a fresh, welcoming space.

We follow host-provided checklists when available and use eco-friendly products along with professional equipment to maintain high standards for every turnover.

$35 per hour

Our Organizing & Decluttering service is designed to help create functional, calm spaces that are easier to maintain and enjoy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, preparing for a move, or simply ready for a reset, we work with you to bring order and clarity to your home.

This service is customized to your needs and focuses on thoughtful sorting, organizing, and space optimization—at a pace that feels comfortable and judgment-free.

$30 per hour

This service is designed for clients who want a focused deep clean of their primary spaces without cleaning the entire home.

It’s perfect for apartments, studios, or smaller homes.

$150 per clean

$0.15 or square foot after first clean.

What’s included:

Kitchen:

• Wipe down countertops, cabinets (outside), and backsplash

• Clean and sanitize sink and faucet

• Wipe exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

• Sweep and mop floors

• Dust and wipe small fixtures, vents, and accessible surfaces

Bathroom:

• Clean and sanitize tub, shower, sink, and toilet

• Scrub tile and grout

• Wipe mirrors and fixtures

• Sweep and mop floors

• Clean walls and baseboards in both kitchen and bathroom

Notes:

• Optional add-ons such as interior fridge/oven cleaning, deep grout scrubbing, or extra rooms can be quoted separately.

• Ideal as a one-time refresh or for ongoing maintenance in smaller homes or apartments.

• Additional bathrooms are simply +$25 each, making it easy to scale the service for larger homes.

Our Wall & Baseboard Cleaning service is a detailed cleaning designed to remove dust, scuffs, fingerprints, and buildup that regular cleanings don’t address. This service helps refresh your home’s appearance and is ideal for seasonal resets, move-ins, or homes with high traffic.

What’s Included:

• Dusting and hand-wiping baseboards

• Cleaning wall scuffs, marks, and fingerprints

• Detail cleaning of trim and door frames

• Spot cleaning of painted walls

• Removal of dust buildup along edges and corners

$150 per clean for apartments or properties less than 1500 sqft

$40 per hour for properties more than 1500 SqFt
